LOCATION
When you call, we will take your referral and pass it on to the representative who services your area. You will then get a call back from that person to schedule your appointment time.
Our goal is to see you within a 1 to 3 day window from the time that you call us for help. In many cases we do our best to see you the same day or the next day as we know what you are going through and we do our very best to get out to you right away.
An average visit is approximately 1 to 3 hours, depending on the length and thickness of hair, the number of people needing treatment and the severity of the infestation. What would take the average person 8 to 10 hours to accomplish, we can do in as little as 1 to 2 hours.
